Job description
- Conducting training schools on-site with customers on product service procedures for current and discontinued products.
- Providing on-site assistance and assisting with factory schools when necessary.
- Maintaining regular contact with customers by telephone, in writing and in person.
- Determining appropriate action plans in response to customer needs, problems or emergencies.
- Regularly advising customer experience Manager – APAC on technical service matters.
Qualifications
- University technical degree in an Engineering discipline, Electrical, Electronics or Mechanics is highly preferred.
- Must be able to travel up to 70% Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
- Minimum two years of experience in commercial appliance repair.
- Ability to correct installation of gas, steam and electric installations.
- Have some background in electricity, mechanics, and electronics.
- Practical mechanical and electrical skills.
