Job description
- Effectively manage production process to reach company target with reasonable resources, material, and manpower.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and deadlines.
- Develop and implement production policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Develope and maintaining production reports and records to track production progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage, evaluate, and propose budget as well as monitor and control production costs to ensure that they are within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in production or engineering and 3 years in management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and technology.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
