Job description
- Verify the accuracy of monthly income and expense accounting records.
- Check the relevant ledger reconciliation.
- Issuing Invoice, collecting various income that is other income that does not fall into item 1 and record other receivables + receipt of money.
- Check the details of other accounts receivable (AR - Other) with the monthly ledger.
- Record entries in the general ledger to match the accounting category according to the accounting principles.
- Save the list of updated items monthly.
- Prepare monthly bank reconcile
- Other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- male or female
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
- Work experience 1-3 years
- able to use computer Experienced in accounting system programs
